Penta Laser creates sparks at MACH 202430kW Penta BOLT fibre laser cutting machine

Rugby-based Penta Laser UK Ltd supplies high-power fibre laser cutting and fibre laser welding machines manufactured in China, including after-sales support and spare parts. The company recently enjoyed a very busy week at MACH 2024 where it made sales off the stand as well as taking a high number of enquiries which it is busy following up post-show.

The first sale was to Chesterfield-based Oxdale Products, which purchased a 30kW Penta BOLT fibre laser cutting machine. The ‘super-high-performance’ 30kW fibre laser system from Penta features a rugged build quality and premium components for an unbeatable cutting solution for materials including mild steel and stainless steel up to 100mm thick. Furthermore, a Precitec cutting head combined with a Maxphotonics laser source offer reliability and the peace-of-mind of Penta UK’s after-sales support.

Oxdale chose to purchase the Penta BOLT over many other brands on display at MACH 2024 as the company felt that Penta Laser UK offered the best combination of build quality, machine features, service support and price. The laser has been purchased together with an MSS Nitrocube nitrogen generation system and MSS NitrO2 gas mixing system supplied by sister company MSS Lasers. This enviable 30kW cutting package gives Oxdale products unbeatable laser cutting performance and will transform their materials processing business.

Meanwhile, Torrington-based Alco Engineering (Manufacturing) Ltd purchased a 12kW Penta SWING. The new fibre laser cutting machine represents a major step up in Alcos’ laser cutting capabilities as it offers incredible cutting performance and machine quality at a very affordable price. Alco chose to purchase this impressive laser cutting system together with an MSS Nitrocube nitrogen generation package that will give them strong independence from other laser assist gas supplies.
