Birmingham-based norelem, a standard parts specialist, has broadened its product portfolio with the launch of a new range of signal towers and beacons, designed to deliver clear and dependable alerts in industrial settings. These devices are engineered to help operators respond swiftly to faults, downtime, or material shortages, thereby minimising disruption and maintaining productivity.

The latest signalling solutions are built on modern LED technology, offering both continuous and flashing light modes with 360deg visibility. Users can select from five colour options — red, green, yellow, blue, and white — and integrate acoustic elements such as sirens or buzzers for enhanced warning capabilities. Each light module features a slide switch, allowing quick adjustment between flashing and steady illumination.

Almir Jakupovik, sales director at norelem, said: “With the addition of signal towers and beacons, norelem customers now have access to robust and adaptable signalling solutions that enhance safety and efficiency on the production floor.”

Tool-free assembly
The signal towers are compact and modular, comprising up to five stackable elements with a 70mm diameter. Assembly is tool-free, thanks to spring terminals that ensure a secure and maintenance-free connection. A bayonet connector provides mechanical stability and allows for future expansion.

norelem’s signal beacons come in two sizes — 62 and 85mm — and are suitable for short-range signalling up to 20m or medium-range applications between 10 and 30m. Designed for longevity, the beacons offer up to 50,000 service hours and operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C. Installation is simplified with integrated push-in terminals and a 24-volt AC/DC power supply.

To support integration into machinery and production systems, norelem provides a full suite of accessories including bases and mounting brackets, enabling users to tailor installations to their specific requirements.
