SQLearn, a leading Greek provider of online maritime training solutions. The move strengthens Mintra’s presence in Greece and underlines its commitment to driving digital transformation in the maritime industry.
With decades of experience in learning, HR and crew-management solutions, Mintra offers a comprehensive suite of software and services for workforce optimisation, compliance management and learning delivery. Its flagship platforms, Trainingportal and OCS HR, are widely recognised across the maritime sector.
Founded in 2006 and based in Piraeus, SQLearn is regarded as Greece’s most-trusted name in maritime e-learning. The company provides an in-house developed learning management system, a library of STCW-approved online courses covering safety, security, environmental compliance and soft skills, as well as advanced training tools for onboard and ashore use. SQLearn supports more than 1,000 vessels, 50,000 seafarers and 150 shipping companies worldwide.
