Maynards to open new subsidiary in Eastern Europe Maynards Europe, a full-service auctioneer and industrial asset valuation company, is setting its sights on growth with the opening of a new subsidiary in the Czech Republic, marking a significant milestone for the company as it also celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2025. A seasoned professional has already been appointed to lead the new venture — Ladislav Loučka will serve as managing director, bringing expertise and customer proximity to Eastern Europe.

Specialising in the international re-marketing of industrial assets, the company has built a strong pan-European business, which will be boosted by the new office. The dedicated presence in the Czech Republic will strengthen the company’s operational footprint and its ability to serve regional customers more effectively.

Rising market demand, proven project success, and a strengthened customer base in the region are all factors in the decision to expand. The new entity, Maynards Europe s.r.o., is headquartered in Prague and aims to become a pivotal contact point for customers across Eastern Europe.

Daniel Kröger and Adrian Matuszczak, managing directors of Maynards Europe GmbH, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ladislav Loučka to our team. His in-depth market knowledge and strategic expertise make him the ideal choice to build and expand our activities in the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe.”

Mr Loučka’s last three years as Czech/Slovak country manager at another internationally operating industrial auctioneer, combined with previous experience in industrial sales and insolvency business across the region, provide a strong foundation for establishing Maynards Europe s.r.o. with a clear focus on expertise and long-term vision, he will work closely with the European leadership team to drive market development in the Czech region.
