Winter edition of Mills CNC’s Insight now availableMills CNC, the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions’ and Zayer machine tools in the UK and Ireland, has just published its latest Winter Edition of Insight – the company’s popular, customer magazine which is published twice a year. Available in digital format, the latest edition is packed with the company’s latest news, information and developments.

As well as including a review of Mills CNC’s sales performance over the whole of 2025 which, the company readily acknowledges as being ‘challenging’, this latest edition also looks forward to 2026 with separate features on the company’s attendance at next month‘s Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2026 where it will showcase a new DN Solutions’ DNX 2100S entry-level, multi-tasking mill-turn machine (stand C160), alongside its plans for MACH 2026 where Mills CNC will exhibit a range of advanced DN Solutions’ and Zayer machine tools, and SYNERGi automation systems on its stand (Hall 19, Stand 110).

Speaking of events and exhibitions, this edition of Insight takes readers back to October 2025 and The ONE SHOW – the two-day, special purpose technology event focused on one-hit machining that recently took place at Mills CNC’s Campus facility in Leamington Spa.

Combining a traditional Open House with a new product launch event, the ONE SHOW proved to be the ideal platform and venue to introduce a new DNX 2100SB mill-turn machine and a recently launched DVF 5000Mk II simultaneous five-axis machining centre to the 180 visitors that attended the event.

The DNX 2100 series of mill-turn machines were not the only new machine models that made their first appearance in 2025. In the third quarter, the Puma V6300/6300M range of high-performance, heavy-duty vertical turning lathes were introduced into the market. Readers can find out more about the new series in this latest edition of Insight.

As is the case with all previous editions of the magazine, there are a number of recently completed customer case studies contained within its pages that not only demonstrate the depth and breadth of Mills CNC’s technology portfolio, but also the diversity of the company’s customer base. From engineering start-ups through to more established OEMs, Tier One companies and precision sub-contractors, the company’s machine tool, turnkey and applications solutions, in combination with its range of integrated pre- and after-sales services and support, have proved pivotal in helping these customers increase and improve their productivity, performance, and process efficiencies.

Tony Dale, Mills CNC’s Group CEO, said: “This latest edition of Insight provides a brief overview and commentary of last year’s sales performance, as well as highlighting a couple of main attractions that will occur in 2026. Despite tough trading conditions, 2025 proved to be another successful year for the company with sales of our advanced large-capacity and high-performance, multi-tasking machine tools and innovative SYNERGi automation systems being worthy of special mention.

“We are now into the New Year and everyone here at Mills CNC is looking forward to the challenge. We are gearing up for our attendance at the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics show in February and, once that is over, all our attention will naturally focus on MACH 2026.
