Lantek has strengthened its presence in North America with the opening of its first office in Canada, marking a significant step in the company’s international expansion strategy. The new operation reinforces Lantek’s long‑term commitment to the Canadian sheet metal, tube and structural steel fabrication sectors by providing a direct local presence and enhanced support capability.
The launch builds on an already solid customer base, with more than 300 Canadian companies currently using Lantek software. Establishing a permanent local team will allow the multinational to work more closely with manufacturers across the country, offering support delivered to the same standards as its global operations while ensuring faster response times and closer customer relationships.
Lantek Canada will focus on strengthening ties with both machine tool manufacturers and end users throughout the country, with particular emphasis initially on the industrial regions of Ontario and Quebec. With its legal headquarters located in Toronto, the company is prioritising the development of local personnel and technical expertise to ensure a close understanding of the Canadian market and its requirements.

Having a local office allows us to be closer to our customers and local manufacturers, to better understand their needs and provide a direct service aligned with the Lantek model in other key markets.”
The opening of the Canadian office extends Lantek’s international network to 23 offices across 17 countries. The company says this expansion supports its global growth model, which is built on maintaining a direct local presence, strong sector specialisation and close customer relationships.
