Commercial property agents Bromwich Hardy has helped
Korloy — a South Korean manufacturer of carbide cutting tools — to establish Korloy UK Ltd in Loades Ecoparc, Blackhorse Road, Coventry. Rob Lord from
Bromwich Hardy, negotiated a five-year lease for the 2,288ft
2 unit on behalf of the landlord,
Loades Ltd.
Mr Lord said: “Korloy UK Ltd is a newly established UK subsidiary of Korloy Inc, which is a leading cutting tool manufacturer headquartered in South Korea that wanted to establish a strong and professional presence in the UK, having already established business relationships in this country for the past 10 years via its German branch. As well as welcoming Korloy with its South Korean origins, Loades Ecoparc is now home to Austrian, German and Chinese occupiers, in addition to the existing technology-based British occupiers. We are experiencing strong interest in this scheme, and there are only three units remaining.”
Loades Ecoparc is a new 15-acre development by Loades Estates in Exhall, Coventry, which is less than a mile from Junction 3 of the M6. The scheme incorporates high-quality technology-driven eco-designs such as PV (solar) panels, barrel roofs, and electric charge points for vehicles.
Bromwich Hardy is sole agent for the development which features units available to lease from 1,400ft
2 up to 30,000ft
2 with planning consent for E(g), B2 and B8 use on a fully secured, gated estate with remotely monitored CCTV.
