Jemtech back at MACH Another company returning to MACH after an extended break was the cutting-fluid company Jemtech (UK) Ltd, Uckfield (www.jemtech.co.uk). Managing director Steve Coull says: “We made a major investment in attending the show and, given the financial and human resources required, you do start to question whether that was the right decision.

However, by the second day, the conversations we were having with visitors confirmed that the investment was fully justified and extremely worthwhile. The whole team at Jemtech is going to be very busy following up on numerous requests from visitors; we are confident that we can achieve a high conversion rate and turn these visitors into customers.

“What was reassuring for us was the number of visitors that wanted to talk about productivity gains, which is a key message that Jemtech — along with its principal supplier, Blaser Swisslube — has been promoting in recent years.” In addition to the Blaser range, Jemtech also had a good reaction to the other products and services that it provides, such as the Waterhog evaporation system, which helps to reduce coolant disposal costs by as much as 95%, Cleanmist mist-extraction systems and Fe-Ol skimmers for removing tramp oil.
