Carfulan debuts five ‘groundbreaking technologies’ at MACHWith five groundbreaking new technologies launching for the first time in the UK and solutions to impact every stage of the manufacturing cycle, the Carfulan Group stand proved a popular destination for visitors to MACH 2024, resulting in another record-breaking year for the Group.

The stand featured a range of its brand-new manufacturing solutions, including the powerShrink, an advanced level heat-shrink solution from Zoller UK, three new high-performance multi-sensor measurement systems from OGP UK, as well as the launch of Prolink UK, the Carfulan Group’s brand-new software division.

Carfulan Group managing director Matt Fulton said: “It was another incredibly exciting year for us at MACH. We were able to demonstrate why we continue to be an industry leader, highlighting a range of our advanced manufacturing technologies and showcasing some groundbreaking new solutions for the first time here in the UK. We are excited to continue building on the success of this year’s MACH exhibition, helping manufacturers across a range of industries to elevate every step of their manufacturing processes.”

3-D printing technologies

The five-day event at the NEC in Birmingham showcased more innovative technologies under one roof than ever before, with over 600 exhibitors and 26,000 visitors. Alongside the five new technology launches, the Carfulan Group’s 3-D printing division SYS Systems showcased a range of ‘state of the art’ Stratasys 3-D printing technologies including the F900, a large format industrial FDM system. Meanwhile, Vicivision UK proved a popular draw with visitors keen to test their measurement skills by taking on the Metrios Challenge to see how quickly they could measure a component using the ultimate shopfloor measurement machine.

Carfulan Group managing director Chris Fulton said: “We are thrilled with the success of MACH 2024. Our five companies generated an overwhelming amount of interest at the show, which is a testament to our world-leading technologies, as well as the expert service and support that helps our customers to unlock potential across any manufacturing process. From the long-standing staples in our ranges to the brand new systems on show, everyone who visited our stand was amazed at the technology the Carfulan Group offers and we are excited to continue those conversations in the weeks and months ahead.”
