Vericut, an industry-leading developer of CNC simulation, verification, and optimisation software, will unveil its latest innovations at
EMO Hannover 2025, taking place 22-26 Septmber (Stand B29, Hall 6).
Visitors to the stand will witness live demonstrations of Vericut 9.6, seeing first-hand how it prevents crashes, improves part quality, and enhances shopfloor communication. Experts will be available to show how Vericut fits into digital manufacturing workflows to maximise efficiency and productivity, and will also get a first look at what lies ahead in Vericut 9.7.
Vericut 9.6 debuts two innovative, AI-enabled tools — Vericut Assistant (VA) — a built-in digital expert that delivers step-by-step guidance, instantly answers ‘How do I ...?’ queries, and helps operators fully leverage Vericut — all without leaving the application; Vericut Intelligence (VI) — a cloud-based, AI-powered knowledge hub providing comprehensive insights across the Vericut portfolio, from Force optimisation to X-Caliper. Always accessible, VI equips machinists, programmers, and engineers with information whenever and wherever it is required.
At
EMO, visitors will also discover the latest updates designed to improve usability, communication, and manufacturing productivity. New features include: Vericut Reviewer upgrades — AUTO-DIFF results, refined HUD controls, and customisable hot keys simplify NC program reviews and reduce the risk of errors; PMI data integration — import and visualise 3-D product manufacturing information (PMI) to streamline inspection, compliance, and documentation processes; turning improvements — more precise driven-point definitions and automatic qualified dimensions for imported turning tools accelerate setup times; simplified optimisation — an undated Optimisation Control window and default tool data settings make feedrate optimisation easier than ever; and Broader Interfaces — expanded connectivity includes Fanuc CNC Guide II and Fanuc Robot Language Teach Pendant support, along with upgrades for numerous CAD/CAM interfaces.
Additionally, Vericut will showcase a new interface with Siemens Run MyVirtual Machine (RMVM). This connection enables smooth data transfer between systems and combines Siemens’ digital machine environment with its powerful simulation and verification features — delivering unmatched flexibility, accuracy, and operator assurance.
The event will also feature Icam Post V26, the latest version of Vericut’s post-processor solution. V26 strengthens its integration with Vericut by leveraging project data to apply machine limits, tool lengths, and compensation values for improved accuracy. It also allows feedrate optimisation via Vericut Optimiser or Force before post-processing, ensuring NC programs are both reliable and efficient. Additional features include enhanced rotary-axis handling, more options for customisation, and expanded controller support — streamlining shopfloor operations and boosting confidence.
