Mastercam expands European operations in Poland Mastercam, a global leader in CAD/CAM software solutions, has officially opened Mastercam Polska, a new business entity dedicated to strengthening support and accelerating growth in the Polish manufacturing sector.

Mastercam says this strategic expansion underscores its commitment to enhancing customer proximity, delivering localised expertise, and reinforcing its presence in one of Europe’s fastest-growing industrial markets.

Mastercam Polska will serve as a central hub for customers and partners across Poland, offering direct access to Mastercam’s industry-leading technology, technical support, training, and post-processing expertise. The new entity aims to empower manufacturers to improve productivity, reduce programming time, and optimise machining performance.

“Poland is a key market for advanced manufacturing, with a strong base of innovative and export-oriented companies,” said Nicolas Le Moigne, senior VP commercial. “With Mastercam Polska, we are reinforcing our commitment to our customers by providing closer support, deeper technical expertise, and tailored solutions that meet local needs.”

By working closely with machine tool dealers, educational institutions, and manufacturing partners, Mastercam Polska will play an active role in advancing digital manufacturing capabilities in the region.

“Expanding our footprint in Poland is a natural step in our EMEA growth strategy,” said Stuart Adams, regional executive director at Mastercam. “The region’s strong manufacturing base and commitment to innovation make it an important market for us. With Mastercam Polska, we are in a better position to support our customers locally, foster stronger partnerships, and help drive the adoption of advanced CAD/CAM technologies.”

The Polish division will also support workforce development through training programs and certification initiatives, helping to equip the next generation of machinists and programmers with the skills needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.

The software developer says Mastercam Polska will combine global innovation with local market knowledge. Customers will benefit not only from Mastercam’s world-class software solutions but also from a dedicated local team that understands regional industry challenges and opportunities.

“Our goal is to be more than a software provider, we want to be a trusted partner in our customers’ success,” added Wojciech Kowalczyk, territory manager at Mastercam Polska. “By establishing a direct presence in Poland, we can better collaborate, respond faster, and support our users at every stage of their manufacturing journey.”
